Southfields Primary School celebrated Mother's Day with a special assembly last week. The school's Year 2 pupils performed songs and dances to honour their mothers and other mother figures in their lives. The event was attended by the school's staff, as well as many proud mums who were touched by the students' heartfelt performances. The assembly also included poetry readings, speeches and songs that emphasised the importance of mothers in our lives. Southfields Primary School's Mother's Day assembly was a heartwarming reminder of the love and appreciation we have for our mothers, and the significant role they play in shaping our lives.
