Parent Cafe

We believe in the strong partnership between parents and school and, as a result, we run a variety of different cafes and workshops for parents to attend.

Our monthly Reading Cafe provides parents and children with an opportunity to discover and share books together whilst enjoying a cup of hot chocolate. Books are also made available to take home and swap at any point throughout the year. Our school has an abundance of books across many genres, and we actively update our collection based on new releases.

We also run a Year Group Reading Cafe. Each class will be participating in the reading cafe. During these sessions, we spend some time with you and your child on book-inspired activities. The activities will range from information gathering, inference and deduction, art and craft, as well as simply reading for pleasure with your child.

We will send out details of the cafe times and dates via Dojo.

In addition to this, we also have Phonics, Spelling and SATs testing workshops for parents to support their child further.
